Montessori of Malibu Canyon provides amazing preschool programs and services to children ages 2 to 6. The beautiful campus of our Montessori school in Calabasas, CA, is nestled in the beautiful Malibu Canyon with over an acre of flat playground space. Because safety is important to you, your child, and our staff, we provide personal access codes to the school for each family. We believe that learning and safety should stick with your child throughout their lifetime, so we do our best to provide each in a setting they enjoy. Call our experienced and passionately dedicated staff to learn more.

Within its walls, Montessori of Malibu Canyon features large, open classrooms outfitted with brand new Montessori educational materials. We’re proud of our non-toxic BPA and lead-free furniture and paint made from North American maple wood. These bright and cheerful spaces create a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment. Their education is provided by our astute teachers, each of which has extensive experience and certification. We earnestly follow the recommendations of both the American Montessori Society (www.amshq.org) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP.org).

An Interdisciplinary Approach with a Green Lifestyle

This exceptional place is a result of many years of passionate planning and research by the founders. While we are Montessori, we’re proud to present an interdisciplinary approach to preschool education that incorporates the best of Montessori coupled with the Reggio Emilia and Waldorf Pedagogies.

We also pride ourselves on going green as much as possible. That means sterilizing and cleaning with green products every day and teaching students to wear inside shoes and outside shoes.
